All I'm new to the forum however not to Nissan. I've done a few searches and wasn't able to find the same issue. We have a 2014 SL, my issue is when using bluetooth to place a call the contact is recognized which is great. The problem is it dials the wrong number and it does this for the majority of my contacts. This is issue occurs with my iPhone 4s with iOS 7.

Has anyone else seen something similar?

As a side note my XM radio also freezes.

Regards,
Phil

It does this intermittently with mine, and it's always dialling 'the contact before' the one I'm trying to call. It even reads out the correct name, but then goes ahead an dials the wrong contact anyways. Remove the pairing and redo the pairing works for me. I think it has to do with having multiple phones paired in the car - but no clear way of reproducing the issues :-/

This happens to mine too, and my phone is the only one paired. Like you all said, it even says the correct contact name but dials the wrong number. I was able to record it while it was doing this.

I showed it to the dealership repair shop, and they did some checking, called the technical folks, etc. Their theory is that they car technology is developed with the then-current versions of operating systems and that, over time, as new software versions are created these sorts of issues arise.

I may not be understanding your version correctly, but my iPhone 5 works with iOS 7.1.2. If you are not running that version, I would suggest upgrading.

Can you clarify what "wrong number" means. The number for a completely different contact person, or an alternate number for the person you are trying to call?

Completely different contact, while it says the name of whom you wished to dial.

Have you ever tried loading your contacts while the phone was physically tethered? I did that last time I had to re-pair the phone.
