2013 Rogue SE transfer case leaking

So I just got back from the dealer .
Went to get the Rogue service 18k ,
Took about 2.1/2 hrs for an express service , which is more than they usually take and since i was the first guy there at 7am when they opened.
And apparently the transfer case is leaking, in a car that's just a little bit more than 1 yr old.

So what i want to know is if anyone had this issue before and what i need to look or ask for before and after the repair ?
but luckily it's still under warranty and all costs are covered .

if its covered, there is nothing for you to "need to look for". its covered. even if you asked: "can you tell me how much fluid came out of the unit, so i know if it was running dry or not (thus wearing out quickly). but they'd lie to you anyway.

its possible a seal is bad. things happen. just keep the paperwork if you ever need that unit replaced.
