2012 Sentra Sway bar link and bushing torque?

I have a 2012 Sentra and I'm changing the sway bar link and bushings. Does anyone know what the torque specs are for these? thanks.

I checked the FSM and there are three numbers. For example, for the stabilizer clamp, it shows 20 (2.0, 15). What do the three numbers mean?

For sway bar link bolt, it shows 79 (8.1, 58).
