It is $10 per person to be in the track area, regardless if you are driving or not.

Ok. Then how am I supposed to do this then? PayPal doesn't allow you to change the quantity. Am I supposed to just run though paying twice?

Yup! When you do it the second time though put your girlfriend's name in the comments.

Just registered today, a little behind this year.
Side note: I usually help tech cars friday night, but I may not be able to this year due to helping Carlisle Events host the Performance and Style Kick Off from 5:00-8:00 at McCann School of Business and Technology. The Kick Off is an event open to the public with all proceeds benefitting the Ronald McDonald House. More details about the event are here: http://www.facebook.com/#!/events/204779332946898/
If you get into town early enough on Friday be sure to stop by. It'll be a good opportunity to hang out and check out some cars as they roll in friday night and even win some awards before the show starts. Bubba: if you're interested in relocating tech or setting up another location I have a paddock I could get set up for you.
Looking forward to see everyone again, hopefully the weather is better for us this year.

That sucks to hear about the GTR. I wasn't there Sunday last year and missed seeing it.

We won't be doing Friday tech this year. We're just going to tech everyone Saturday morning this time. Friday tech is more of a hassle than it's worth.

The GT-R was very quick. As info, we are also going to allow convertibles on the track without rollbars this year.

Just to confirm, 350z convertible with factory roll hoops is ok for tech inspection? I would hate to get to Carlisle and flunk tech.

Yes, this year we will be allowing any convertibles with factory roll bar/hoops to participate.

Just registered for two. I didn't put the other guys name in the "comments" section though, so it'll be listed twice. I'm coming up Thursday night so I can help with any setting up on friday that is needed. I don't have a helmet and not sure if I can get one before the event. If I cant get my hands on one I will work where I'm needed.

Hey guys im bringin the Ka24det for drifting, now the reverse lights dont work on it is that ok? and its got a minor leak or two which i can prolly through some rtv on the leak to pass tech inspection and should hold through out the event, now my rack has a super minor leak through the seals i can prolly clean that up pretty good, if it leaks too much guess i can drain the fluid and run no power steering, will that be ok? I wanna make sure im gonna pass before i drive all the way up there? and ill prolly pay when i get there i know its 15 bucks more but dont got money in my paypal account. thanks you

Welcome. The first page of this thread contains a list of what we'll be looking at during tech. The tire requirements do not apply for drifters.

The lack of backup lights is not a problem, but the power steering leak might be. We don't want fluids on that track. If you're worried about the power steering leaking, you need to take appropriate actions so it'll pass.

Hey Bubba I look forward to another carlisle with you guys. Are you going to limit the time on Drift runs this year at all? Like how much is the pro drift show on saturday going to take from us time wise?

The pro drift show is scheduled for one hour on Saturday, but the have told us they probably will only use about 30 minutes of it. Also, this year we have more control of the pro drift show than prior years, so it should have a more "part of Nick" feel to the way we run it.

Sorry, but the All-trac isn't going to make it. Only a week away and I haven't started it yet. Need to fix the EGR valve and put the intercooler back on, then I can start it, but I won't have any time at all to break the motor in before I leave. I'm headed out of town for a few days for work so I have no time to drive it. I'm not going to take it on a road trip with 0 miles on the motor. I cranked it over tonight for the first time but with the fuel pump fuse and plug wires pulled. Maybe next year...

You will get to see my Juke first hand though. Get excited ;) LOL

Hey thanks man hey sry not to make more work for you but how do u identify people when they show up to the event, license? If so my name on my drivers license is Nicholas Shermeyer instead of nick shermeyer, so if this might be an issue could you change my first name from Nick to Nicholas? Thanks again man and sorry for the confusion, and my car will have no leaks im putting in a good rack and pinion this weekend.

Ok yeah I heard you had gathered most of the parts needed. It's just getting the time to do it. That would be a risky road trip with no break in period or time to work out any problems.
I try to overt my eyes when a juke is around but I'll try to get excite! :chuckle:

Just registered 3. It'll be good to see some of the people from Fontana again and meet some more people I didn't get around to last year. Gordon, your turn to bring the Makers. Haha.
