I'm new to this site, (NEWB) I did a search but couldn't find any info. Please forgive me if this isn't posted in the correct forum.

We have a 2011 Rogue and all of a sudden the driver's seat won't adjust forward or back. It seems like the side nearest the console is releasing but the side nearest the door is not...

Has anyone had this problem?
I have looked and I don't see any obvious reason its not releasing? nothing that I can see is caught in the track.
Does anyone know how the release mechanism works?
