Below is the preliminary track schedule, subject to change...For Carlisle veterans, it's fairly close to last year's schedule.

Saturday (5/8)

9-11 Autocross
11-12 Drift
12-1:30 Autocross
1:30-2:30 Drift
2:30-4 Autocross
4-5 Drift
5-6 Autocross
6 Greg/Bex ceremony

Sunday (5/9)
9-11:30 Autocross*
11:30-1 Drift*
1-2 Autocross
2-3 Drift
3-4 Autocross

*Carlisle is officially advertising drifting at noon Sunday, but we plan to start drifting a little earlier on Sunday.

Since autocrossers are on track first on Saturday, to maximize your track time, I would advise autocrossers to try to get checked in/teched on Friday afternoon (3pm-6pm or so) at the Holiday Inn Mechanicsburg. If you do that, you can bypass the line by showing your NICO pitpass wristband and drive right into the paddock.


We will also need corner worker volunteers at 0900 so we can get started on time.

Have you seen the weather report for that weekend yet? Friday looks like scattered showers, Saturday is mostly cloudy, and sunday looks like it may or may not storm in the afternoon, but the temps look to be in the low to mid 70's all weekend.

A good suggestion for the packing list is a cheap plastic tarp to cover your stuff when it's unloaded. There is a very large NICOfest tent right beside the paddock, but inside the paddock, there is no shade/protection from rain. Those that have those instant canopies might want to bring them if they have room. I'll be bringing one.

Ill be trying to fit my 10x10 EZup on the tire trailer...

car wont be 100% for this... ran out of time and money... i wanted to be on brand new brakes.. but the old ones will do fine..

Some more info for you :

The "official" opening time at the Fairgrounds is 9am. Since the autocrossing is supposed to begin at 9am, Carlisle will allow NICO autocross/drift participants to enter the gate as early as 8am.

IF you tech/register on Friday afternoon at the Holiday Inn, you can bypass the expected line on Saturday morning. Just show us your wristband, and you can drive right into the paddock.

A quick note. Please don't remove that wristband after you put it on until you are ready to go home. It should survive a couple of showers. You can come and go as you please, but without that wristband, you can't get back into the paddock.

Also, as a reminder, at 6pm Saturday, right after the last autocross session, please join us in the paddock for Greg/Bex's vow renewal ceremony.
