Cool, thanks for the heads up on fairground admission. Accommodations wise,I've been granted floor space with James and Torry...wherever that is.

I'm reasonably sure they still have openings there, as it's a large banquet facility. For the record, there are cheaper alternatives closer to the fairgrounds on Carlisle Pike, but this Holiday Inn will have the highest concentration of NICO folks.

Oh Yeah. We are well past last year number for signups. Should be fun.flohtingPoint wrote:Whole lot of day 1 people joining up to come to Carlisle. Looking like good exposure for NICO =)
I'll be leaving the beltway at 2'ish. With any hope, I should be able to tech on Friday afternoon. With SCCA divisional championship and the Pro Solo right around the corner, I've decided to leave my R-comps at home and save some life for those and just run on street tires the whole time, so unpacking the Corolla should be fairly simple.Bubba1 wrote:Oh Yeah. I would recommend trying to get checked in/teched on Friday afternoon (figure 3pm-6pm) at the Holiday Inn Mechanicsburg to bypass the inevitable check-in line on Saturday morning.
Thanks guys, I appreciate any help you can give with tech at the Holiday Inn. As far as what to bring, if you could bring a torque wrench, that would be great, I'll have mine along, but it's sometimes better to have a couple on hand. The Fairgrounds has no air, so if you need to add, you'll either have to bring a tank/inflator or go off-site.flohtingPoint wrote:

Anything you can think we may need on course that I can bring? I'm packing my run of the mill autox kit I take to all my events, but I can probably stop by the shop this weekend and dig up something if you can think of it.
