I think you're right, as long as both of you arrive in the same car. I just lifted the following from the registration page from Carlisle's website:

2009 Carlisle Performance & Style NICOfest - Nissan Infiniti Car Owners GatheringPrice: $50.00 This registration is for the judged showfield and includes two weekend passes. Registering for NICOfest will make sure you are counted in the parking area for the NICO group. After registering, a receipt will be emailed to you - please bring this receipt to the event.

But Ezcheeze15 is also correct that we need your guest's name on our list for the track event. If we don't have your guest's name in advance, he/she could end up paying to get into the track area.

Welcome. Got you on the list. FYI, I suspect most of the cars running the track will be stock. The course is very twisty which favors light nimble cars like a 240sx.

That's fine. I just put his name on the list referenced to you, so he doesn't need to register on his own on the registration thread. He;s in.

Sign me up for AutoX (Terry Knarr). I'll be a first timer, probably running my Evo X, since my 1991 240sx isn't worthy of a track or show yet.

EDIT: Decided to bring the 240 anyway, so put me down for both drift and autoX, thanks!

I will be there. I will have my 350Z if we get it back together in time. If not I will be in a 91 stock but gutted 240SX. This will be my first attempt at both drift and autoX, so wish me luck. (Rich Lavertue)

So my gf is coming with me in the same car but she wont be driving or or riding with me during the drifting. Does that mean you need her name to get into the track area with me??? Im confused it's my first time coming to this.

Yes. Please give me her name. It's really not complicated. The track and paddock are in a fenced in area. (Restricted access). The NICOfest tent located just outside the fence (which is a public area).

You still have to pay to get into the Carlisle Performance and Style Show. This is just for the use of the track and paddock.

Entry to the track and paddock is free IF you register here, If you want your GF to come into the paddock with you, its FREE if you give provide her name. We'll have the master list at the NICOFest tent, When you check in, if your names are on that list, you get a wrist band, sign a few waivers, and you're in. If your name or your guest are not on the list, one or both of you could be subject to a fee to get into the paddock.

I hope that helps

I'm definitely showing up. I was at the 2007 show and had a great time. I'll help you guys out with anything you need. I'm still not going to have my car ready (it will be done the week after the show) I just hope I'm not too late in finding out about this year's event. I'll try to drag my friends Civic down. He just finished is suspension on his car and he's workin twords an AutoCross event. I'll know for sure if he is going to run by this weekend 25th-26th. Will that be too late to enter his car?

Great. Got you down. 4/25-26 is fine, even the following weekend should be okay.

Done.

Regarding Nala, unfortunately since he's under 18 he can't drive the track, plus his parents would have to sign the waivers for him. Sorry

That doesn't mean he still can't come though, it will be fun even if you're just there to watch and hang out.

If you can't hang in the paddock though it is a major bummer. I didn't know I was allowed in there at first last year and the sidelines suck!
