2009 Bose system - 10 speakers and lousy high frequency response

The highs just aren't there.. cymbals, etc. sound like the treble is turned down when its actually set to maximum. Nothing is 'crisp'. Tried lowering bass to compensate but that doesn't fix the problem.

Historically this is how my Bose's have performed:1993 Maxima - Great! 2000 Maxima - Great!

2002 Maxima - Horrible lack of high-frequencies

2009 G37 - Moderate lack of high frequencies

Is replacing tweeters a worthwhile solution?Hope to hear from someone who's actually done this.Thanks in advance!

Replacing the tweeters with 2ohm speakers will solve the problem. Check out the G-series FAQ(link in my sig) for details. I think they did a G35, but the Bose system should use similar speakers in the G37.
