2008 Versa Parts???

Just a quick Q. I have a 2008 Versa and I was wondering if most of the parts for the '07 Versa are the same as the '08 Versa? Can I use those parts on my newer car? And if not, what parts are available and the websites to them??

All of the maintenance and wear items (brake pads, wipers, filters, etc.) are exactly the same between the two models. In fact, almost all parts are the same between the two. The only exception I am aware of is the BCM... there are like 3 or 4 different BCM's for '07, which has to do with failures in the TPMS system of early '07 BCM's and the revisions to fix it.
