2008 Quest struts lifespan?

How long do the front and rear struts last? Do I need to get the front end aligned too? The van has 305K and it feels like it sways and bottoms out.

I've seen some make 200K but never 300K, so if they've never been replaced, you can be pretty certain they've seen better days. The front control arm bushings have probably had it as well, Quests are hard on those. Alignment is required after replacing any of those parts.
