What class are you running in? We are in unlimited which is looking like it's going to be quite competitive. Dent Sport and 240sx motoring are both going to be there.

I would love to go, but I dont have a job, so no money

it would be awsome if NICO members get a free go cart race. OR everyone from nico race a 30min go cart event. see whos the better go cart racer

We do get a free go-cart race! 2 years ago we got a free hour just for Nico people. Last year it wasn't the same deal, but we still got go-cart time. I forget how much though. 15 minutes maybe.

thats just for people that buy a 3 day pass i think. cuz everyone got one last year that went with me and there not from nico. yeh it was 15min. hopefully they at least do that again.

No, there is an actual reserved Nico time too for anyone who is there. We all head over there as a group and they don't check passes or anything, we just tell them we are Nico.

I wont be driving so I didn't do the registering of the car so Im not exactly sure what class they put us in. we usualy run modified class with that car.

anyways I look forward to watching the races. wish i was driving hopefully next year we can take more cars up.

They are free, but with NICO we will get a designated time slot where we don't have to wait in line.

No, they changed it this year. I believe this year we will be set up right next to the Patriot course, but I'm not 100% until we actually get there where exactly we'll be. You'll see us though, we'll throw a banner up somewhere.

I just checked, and I'm not sure why, but some reason they don't have NICO listed under the VIR section, even though they have a mugshot of Greg on the page. WTF. Anyway, just called Greg to have him get that straightened out. I'll let you know when that's fixed.

Regardless though, you'll see us when you come in. The registration page is just so they know how many cars we are expecting. I think we're going to be set up near the Patriot Course pits. Just look for a bunch of Nissans, a Nico banner, and a bunch of guys in Nico shirts

Well apparently it has a NiCOFest choice for the GT Live West, so maybe they can't make another selection for the East section?

Anyways, it says we need to book the go kart time. Anybody getting on that or has it already been done?

Yeah, I saw they listed us for SLC but not VIR. This is our 3rd year doing GT Live events, so it's just some type of glitch.

Anyway, kart time should already be set up. Each club is supposed to have their own time and we'll find out the schedule when we get there.

We just got word from the crew at GT Live that we are to just register, and they will have our spot marked for us, so no worries.

awd.....just buy a ticket to get in the show and you can still park in the pit area next to the Patriot course. You just won't be able to drive into the pits of the full course, which doesn't matter, because we're not set up in there this year. I may have the hook up now. I work for a VW dealer, and VW is a sponsor at VIR. In the process of trying to get some stuff from the Director of Events and Promotions right now.

I was thinking you could park in that area without a pass. If not though, just tell them at the gate you are with Nico and need a pass.
