I'll be there, rolling in with a bunch of my local car guys. We've been booked at the Holiday in out there for a couple months now.

How does parking work inside at this event, I've never been there? There a whole NICO section alloted I can park in?

Make sure your friends reply on this thread or the official carlisle thread, so they can use the track free. The Carlisle Fairgrounds is huge. Where to park depends on what you want to do while there. The NICO paddock (which is fenced in) the NICOFest tent, and the track is located at the far north end of the property. When you come in you turn left after the buildings go to the end. The Carlisle grandstands, where many activities are held (like the bikini contest, burnout contest, motorcycle stunt show etc) are more toward the middle, to the right after you enter. If you plan to do a lot of track stuff, you might want to park at our paddock.

Thanks for the reply, I talked to them today, most are just going to do the regular Performance and Style entrance deal. I'm the only one with a Nissan.

Nico members get to use the track for free? When you say track you mean skid pad? drift courses? auto-x course? They have a DB limit for the auto-x?, I'm open gate, with a straight through exhaust lol.

EDIT: I just read the thread on auto-x and drifting as well as saw the pictures. I most likely will be down for the auto-x as long as theres no DB limit on exhausts.

Actually. anyone can use the track for free if they register in advance. Nissan ownership is not required. Any make car is welcome. Last second walk-in's will be subject to a entrance fee. (not sure what that'll be yet).

when I say track I mean autocross and drift. It's not a skid pad. Think of it as a small road course. The track will be alternating between autocross and drift. The volunteer thread will give you an idea when we're doing which.

There are no DB exhaust limits. Straight pipes are fine.

Yeah well its to late for the friends they are already registered for the regular show. But I'll be sure to register with NICO.

Yeah I saw the course in the pictures, looks fun. Glad to hear theres no exhaust limit. As long as my **** doesnt blow up from now to then I'll see you guys there. Pearl White s-13 HB, with a polished cage. Cant miss it.

It's not too late for your friends. Signing up for the Carlisle Performance and Style show itself doesn't mean they can't run their cars on the track if they want.. .

When is the deadline to register for the weekend pass? I know it's in April but when If I don't register in time I don't know I'll be up for forking out $100 at the door, funds are tight as it is and I have a lot of crapped already planned for May that requires money.

I don't believe there is a deadline, but I think if you wait until after April 21st to register, their prices go up a few dollars.

Hi. I got you guys all individually signed up for the drift/autocross, but if you have friends that want to run on the track too, please either give me their names, or have them reply on this thread of the official Carlisle thread.

Thanks.

He's signed up to run on the track. Yes, you are signed up too. The track usage is free with paid admission to the Carlisle Performance and Style Show BUT only if you register with us in advance. Walkin's will be permitted to run too, but will be subject to a fee.

So if you plan to bring friends who want to drive on the track, you can save them money by giving me their names here or on the official Carlisle thread.

mr. greeneyes, this applies to your Lancaster crew. Please make sure I have their names and the track will be free for them too.

One week til Carlisle!
