Hi all Nissan quest 2007 se owner. I have had her for a year and a half and while I love my girls body and features under the hood I feel like I can never be good enough to her. I have changed the timing belt.. Motor mounts... Power steering pump.. Brakes... Rotors... Hoses you name it... Now it seems I need a vacuum hose for the antifreeze and solenoids. How many transmission solenoids does she have? And is it with the fix??? Any feedback is welcome thanks ahead.

Welcome to NICO! Sorry to hear that your car is having trouble. In order to get you the best responses, I've moved your post to the Quest forum.

I'm not all too well versed in your vehicle, but can offer an option for you. Here at NICO, we have Factory Service Manuals available free to members. Take a look at the link in my signature and find the FSM for your car and you'll have all the info you'll ever need to make the repair and try to diagnose it for yourself while help is on the way

Welcome aboard!

Did a mechanic give you that advice? If so, I'd be curious to know which vacuum hoses are problematic. Did they give you any indication? If so, we can help you out even better.

Good to see someone appreciating the late-90's Quest... they were a good solid vehicle.

I have a 2007 Nissan quest, sweet van!! But I started having problems with the smooth movement after changing front shocks, apparently the shocks made the gearbox to be rubbing on something, one day , in motion, I heard a noise as if something disconnected and car will no more speed except I put it in L but once is in D, it will only go a couple of 2 or 3 kilometers, then stop speeding and starts crawling.every morning , the drive works fine but after 2 kilometers, the car will start crawling on D except I take it to L before it can move fast. I will highly appreciate any informaction that can help the diagnosis..thank u
