2007 DIY Sirius Installation?

I was wondering what the procedure is for installing Sirius radio in a 2007 G35 Journey with premium package? This car does not have the Nav or Tech option. Questions:

1) Is this something that is an easy DIY project? 2) Does the installation require the use of the existing Aux armrest input?3) Where is the Sirius tuner mounted in the car? Other than the antennae, does it require any special wiring?4) I assume that the antennae can be mounted inside on the rear window deck. I did this with my old Honda Accord and had great results.
