^We stayed in the Best Western @Danville which is a lot closer to the track. One word of advice: DON'T EAT AT ROCKOLA CAFE!Service sucked big time to the point we didn't leave a tip.

Nice meeting everybody. I was so busy that I didn't get to stick around and meet any newcomers--or even chat for that matter. The event was cool because it had so many things going on, but it was hard being everywhere at once. I have 1800 photos to sort through--weeee! It's going to be a while before I get any kind of gallery up. I also got shots of the Nico Go-Kart people (at the cost of missing the Drift event--my stupid photographer friend was supposed to go while i was gone). While I didn't get to shoot the drift event I still got some good shots of the Tarzan's Cyber Evo during the lap battle, and a few shots of the umbrella girls/Tarzan.

It was nice meeting you Greg.I had a blast. 3 days of racing. Grand AM cup was nice as well. Loved watching those porsches, bmw's and mustangs going at it.

I was also fortunate enough to get 5 feet from the track as they were doing some GT Sims races, and watch the s2k and cyber evo go at, and fly by me at 100+ mph. it shook my whole body as they went by.

Ride in the ASM s2000 was the icing on the cake for me.

Cheers.

Well if anyone remembers me I was the guy with the white vert who was surprised to have almost NO OIL left in his poor KA upon arriving at VIR...

To my good fortune, I made it home without any noticeable loss of oil. After getting the car up, it seems I've got a tiny leak out of my front oil pan. It'll get fixed eventually, but the leak doesn't have me worried too much now. Thanks for the help and advice guys!!!
