Ok heres the deal this is my dads car, and he doesnt know whats wrong with it same with me thinking it has something to do with the rotors or brakes, but he doesnt need brakes. Like when him or me goes to hit the brake pedal it starts to kinda shake alittle back and forth and you can feel it mostly in the front of the car so i was wondering if anyone was going through the same problem and knows what it is and how to fix it so yeah any help would be nice -thanks.

sounds like you have excessive runout in your front rotors. You should have them machined (turned) if it bothers you. Those maximas also have a bad problem with radial force variation. This meaning one part of your tire's sidewall is "stiffer" than the rest. This causes a steering "shimmy" around 30-60 mph and gets smoother as speed increases past 60 mph. There are several ways to fix this issue, but it is more likely a rotor issue.

Turn (machine) those rotors and cross torque the lug nuts to 100ft.lbs.
