2003 infiniti G35 sunroof

I have a 2003 G35 sedan with a sunroof that will not close. It is obviously misaligned but I have no idea how to fix. I can see the misalignment as it gets close to closing, one side is closer to closing than the other and one side is not going down all the way in the back.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check the tracks to makes sure its completely clear. If anything gets in the tracks it can keep it from closing.
Also if power was ever lost it could need to relearn.
