If it's the original, the supercharger itself is near the end of its life, most likely. haven't heard too many lasting past 100k before a new one needs to be bolted on. You're also coming up on the timing belt service interval on a 93k mile engine, so consider that in the price of the truck, as that's a fair amount of labor if you have someone else do it.
Otherwise, it's just normal maintenance stuff. If the truck has been well cared for, you have that going for you. If it has an auto trans and the owner can't tell you when the fluid was last exchanged, get that done right away.
Lastly, on a 6 year old truck, it's getting about time for belts, hoses, etc if they haven't been done yet. That goes for any vehicle that age.
