Sometimes when turning on the car would just turn on and then turn off. Is my base idle set to low that the car would just turn off rather than keeping a stable idle? Should i clean my throttle head and MAS and then do the idle relearn?

Hot or cold start? Check engine light? And when it does idle, at what rpm (@ full operating temp)?
