2002 sentra gxe bubbling sound not sure what is making sound

Thank you for any and all help provided,

Was driving and I heard a bubbling sound coming from the engine after the car got cool I checked the water and needed to add some. On my way home the noise got louder and my oil and battery lights flashed on and off so I parked and haven't turned it on for a while. Now the car has water and I also refilled the antifreeze container but I still hear the sound when I turned it on today.The noise is coming from where the oil is added ( around that area ) I check it for oil and it has oil I see no leaks could I have burn a gasket? Or water pump?
