Hello. I have a 02 Q45 and I want to replace my 17" stock wheels with the 20" 8 spoke wheels from a 07 FX35. Will this cause any trans issues?

No, it should not. Just get 4 matching and sensible tires so that your stability systems don't go crazy.

I recommend you find the appropriate size tire using a wheel calculator like this one: https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?wheel1 ... 0mm&sr=0mm
Or just ask a tire shop for their recommendations.

Also, I would take this opportunity to replace the TPMS sensors, unless you don't mind seeing the warning.

Lots of people do this, 245/40 20 tires would work well. If your buying used wheels make sure they are solid.

Quick question for if you don't mind.

If you've already sourced the wheels, where did you get them and for how much?

I have a set that I've had listed for some time and although I know my location isn't very Infiniti-friendly, they have had very little attention. I want to see if I need to revise my listing if the market has changed that much.

edBway, it a website called wheelsandcaps.com. They have them and a bunch of other OEM wheels for all cars. These are only like $134 per wheel but without the caps and TPMS's. I saw a Q45 with them and damn it looks nice... And no i dont want to see the tire warning light.

BadQ45t i was told 245 35 20. So now you have me wondering which will look best...

Agreed. They are very nice wheels, and they look good on almost any car you throw them on.

For tires, I went with 245/35/20 because that is the closest tire to the OEM tire diameter, and also suitable for the 8" wheel width.

And thanks for the pricing info. In that case, my price for wheels with caps wasn't that crazy.

I sold the set that I had on my M45 but now that I have a Q45, I'll consider holding onto these as a spare set if I don't get reasonable offers.

I seen them on Y33... Yes, they were on point! I can't wait to see what they look like on a F50.

All the best,
