2001 QX4 performance mods (spark plugs, etc.)

I'm looking to upgrade my QX4 with high quality parts to make this car last me for a while.

1) Can anyone suggest the exact brand and model for spark plugs to replace? I heard NGK plugs, but which ones?

2) Is there an ignition spark plug set to upgrade my QX4 (if there is even such a thing)?

3) Grounding Wires? Has anyone done this to a QX4? I'd like to add one just as dress up and hope it adds performance.

4) Lowering Coils? I found some on http://www.4x4parts.com and wondering if this would harm the car in any way. Anyone lower a QX4?

5) Mesh Grill? I've seen one guy who sells them on ebay. It's just precut stuff from Home depot, but wondering if anyone had done it and can tell us what to buy and how to install.

Is our engine the same as the G35/FX35?? The engine is the same number VQ35DE. I'm wondering if the turbo/superchargers, etc... will fit on our QX4's??

6) I want to upgrade my exhaust, but want to keep near stock sound. I put on a custom dual exhaust with a flowmaster and then quickly changed to a regular stainless steel, but it still is very loud. Any sugestions? Also, I had to remove my spare tire b/c the shop couldn't fabricate one around it. Think I should go to another shop or leave it as is? I just know i'll be stuck with a flat and no spare tire....

7) Anyone know how to remove the cup holder drink in the center console? Someone dropped pens in there and it won't open all the way, i've tried for hours to fish them out and couldn't get the damn thing to open. The bolts holding the top on won't come out for the life of them.
