Can anyone tell me if the unused slots #23 & #27 are constant hot or ignition controlled? Looking to hard wire a dash cam, and the kit need to be pulled into a constant on slot for the “parked impact” sensors, and an ignition controlled slot for the cameras.

Thanks in advance.

You can check that very easily with a test light. Provided the blank slots are connected (they aren't always), with no fuse installed, one side or the other will be powered and the opposite side will be dead. If it's battery, the live side will be hot all the time. If it's Acc/Ign or Ign, it will only go hot with the key.

23 & 27 on mine are not wired at all. There is nothing there to plug a fuse into. Can't even use the slot for a spare fuse holder because there's nothing to hold onto it.
