Guys, I need help diagnosing what's causing this noise. It doesn't sound good. The video explains it in detail.

Please help

:welcome: to NICO! I remember your video from facebook a couple of months ago. The closest thing it sounds like to me is when I put a pulley together in the wrong order once, but you don't have belts on. I think I'd at least get the water pump belt back on so that you can run it longer. Then use a mechanic's stethoscope to narrow it down.

I've used the stethoscope and still can't pinpoint the noise. I followed it all the way to the throttle body from the scoop sitting on top of the radiator.

When did it start doing this, and what work has been done on the engine recently (your video mentioned spark plugs)?
On FGY33, you have 4 belts, but as Heath said, need at least the crank to water pump belt on so you don't overheat while troubleshooting.
I didn't hear you rev it....what happens when you vary RPM (don't go crazy), just change it and see if sound changes?

Idk if the issue has been fixed: but it sounds like what happened when I forgot to plug in the vacuum hose leading to the brake booster in my maxima. It’s definitely a vacuum leak sound...

I once had 2 vacuum leaks: an egr hose and the intake manifold.
