Just put new(to xterre) auto transmission in wifes exterra. new pnp too. Problem is now speedodometer dont work. Checked wires got new sensor still no go. Only paid 600 for this transmission and dont think thats the problem. What do yall think? Any help would be appreciated

I'd back probe the sensor then test drive. Check for output at the sensor and at the ECM harness connector. If the voltages don't check then you have a wiring and/or sensor issue. Just because it looks good doesn't mean it is good.
