The pics of the car do have an engine, ha ha. Yeah, the car needs to be lowered for sure, but I need to focus on my 240 after the engine is running good. It'll get some love eventually though :)

Lol, I'm sure I will post a video. It won't be too exciting though. Unfortunately, the seats were very uncomfortable to drive it, so I ended up selling them. They looked nice, but they sat me higher up and the butt bolsters were too close together for this big guy, ha ha.

Well, nothing crazy exciting for this weekend, that's because it's wiring time... Did some testing and I believe I figured out most of what needs to happen. Got the distributor, MAF and injector sub-harness wiring figured out (just need to do the splicing). What's left is figuring out how to trick the ECU into thinking I still have an EGR setup working, ha ha. Looks like there are three plugs that I need to work with. The EGR temp sensor, the EGR control solenoid, and the IACV air regulator. Trying to have everything work (including my OBDII port) with no check engine light. Running a JWT OBDII ecu.

So far I have stripped the harness back until the block mounting bracket, so I can tuck the harness to the motor while it is out of the car. Hopefully it will look fairly clean when I am done. We'll see though, ha ha.

Got some parts back from powder coat. Took me awhile, but I found a color that is damn close to the factory green (DP0 - Cypress Pearl/Forrest Green Pearl)! I'll post up some comparison pictures between the parts and the car once I get the car cleaned up again, but for now you'll have to take my word for it, ha ha. Since I had to pay for a minimum of 5 lbs of color for it to be ordered, I was able to throw in some extra parts for no extra cost. Still some powder left, so if I think of more parts to do, I may go back, but I don't want to over do it!

I originally was only going to do the P11 VE valve cover, but since I had to order a bunch of color, I threw in the battery tray (which was pretty bad), radiator brackets, battery tie down, and a strut tower bar center I recently acquired (I have the ends, but left those black). I masked off all openings into the internal baffling very well to keep grit out. Looks like nothing got in there, but I will be doing my best to use air and cleaner to make sure nothing did.

Well, I finally got the motor bolted in. That's it though, I have a temporary valve cover on it so I didn't mess the powder coated one up.

The engine is almost done! Waiting on a few small parts in the mail unfortunately, so I'll be working on the interior for a bit (it's all tore apart and gross).

Whole Engine bay shot:

I had to wrap the header to protect the alternator:

I also had to make my own upper brackets to fit my Sentra SE-R Koyo radiator:

I can't decide if I want to add the new OEM NeoVVL badge to the valve cover or not, thoughts?

Is that still the temp valve cover? If so, I wouldn't add it.

Also, I've never had OE radiator brackets fit aftermarket radiators. I always find myself f*** with them somehow :(
The header wrap looks good!

This is the final valve cover, lol. The temporary one was a scratched black one. This one has been powder coated a dark green to match the car

My S13 Koyo fits OE brackets perfectly, but this radiator is not meant for the G20  ha ha

I was sick of dealing with cheap aftermarket radiators when I bought the Koyo for my Honda, and I still had to modify a bunch of stuff to get it to fit.
The damn AC fan still makes noise sometimes because the radiator pushed it so far back, the tips of the blades make contact with a motor mount or something.

Well, I will post a ton of pics of everything cleaned up next weekend. I still have a few things to do to clean it up, but I did drive it to work today! Cruise control isn't working, but otherwise it's running fantastic!

Here's a quick cell phone pic of the engine bay for now, ha ha:

Ha ha, I'm sure this will do the same eventually. But it's easier to find it if the motor is clean to start with.

Finally ordered something new for the P10! I ordered up a 3" stainless catback with resonator from BRM (BRMexhaust.com). Going to do some test fitting soon, so I'll be posting up more pics later on for fitment and a video for sound! For now, all I have is a pic of it sitting on the floor, ha ha. Thanks to Greg (AZhitman) for setting me up for exactly what I wanted out of an exhaust!

Picked up a cheap set of very used forged 17x7 +42 offset Motegi Traklite wheels. Decently light at 14.3 lbs (6.5kg), they should be pretty reasonable after I clean them up. Planning on stripping and powdercoating them, with new traklite logo stickers and possibly center caps if I can get them. I've had a set of these before in the past (they were much cleaner, lol) on my old AWD turbo celica, and regretted getting rid of them. It'll still be awhile before I actually mount them on the car, mainly because it will take time to clean them up and I also want to install my coilovers first!

Small update!

I added a universal lip to the front for a temporary "fix" until my eGT bumper arrives ;)
Image

I also installed an addco rear sway bar I picked up second hand and installed my 3" SS Catback. Interestingly, the sway bar sits off-center. The right side is very close to the rear tire, but the left side has plenty of room. Anyone else have this issue?

Here are a couple quick pictures of the exhaust!

^^^ Thanks!

Another small update:

I finally got my parts from the UK (well 2 of 3 packages atm). So far, I've received the Primera eGT front and rear bumpers w/ supports, sideskirts, foglights, brake ducts, fender liners, and the rear spoiler (no brake light). Not pictured is the front tow hook (forgot to throw it in the pic). Have more parts still to come, but I'm pumped I got these! Now the real question is: Do I run them "as is" until I get it painted, or wait until paint day? Ha ha ha

A couple more parts today to add to the collection. Primera core support (nice for running Primera headlights and not having to hack up stuff; nice clean OEM fitment) and brand new factory eGT mudflaps!

Small update today: Got my eGT front and rear bumper supports, EDM foglight brackets and the front tow hook back from powdercoating today. Had them done in a nice satin textured black that gives it a nice OEM look. Did this mainly because the parts had some corrosion, and of course they are hard to come by for us here in the states, so I wanted to protect them from the elements. That's about it for now.
