Main things:

The car has a VG30E 3.0 liter or VG33E 3.3 liter V6. Both use timing belts which need to be replaced every 60,000 miles.

Try to stick to NGK spark plugs. The VG likes them best and will generally give you less hassle with them.

For a LOT more info, you can get the factory service manual for the car here: 1999 Nissan Quest FSM

That should have all the info you'll need.

Also if it's the VG30 and sounds really loud when it starts but gets quiet after a while, you may be suffering from the notorious exhaust leak. The exhaust manifold studs are very brittle and tend to break. If you don't mind the noise it is nothing to worry about.
