1998 Infiniti I30 Factory wiring help

I need help hooking up a Scosche Ford/JBL and GM/Bose Speaker Level Converter, FAI-3 to my factory radio. where do i hook it up at right at the head unit or at the factory amp? because im hooking up a Lenzer Heritage 1200 watt amp to 2 Jensen Pro 12" speaker to the factory audio system. please help

The I30 should have similar wiring as the Maxima.

thanx i needed that wiring diagram but on that converter it asks for the common ground wire, the factory amp wire and the line out what would those be labeled as (not the common ground)

Could you also give me the instructions for taking the factory radio unit out? and a diagram of where the factory amp is?
