1998 Frontier 4x4 ex-cab, 4cyl. Headlight problem.

My 1998 Frontier headlights started coming on when I start my pickup. Sometimes only the drivers side is the one to come on. Some times they both come on. I dont have any taillights when they come on until I turn them on manually. After I turn the pick-up off they go off after about 30 seconds. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
