where can i find performance parts for my 1998 nissan altima?

Your more than likely Running a KA24DE and there is actually ALOT of different mods. Most parts you look at that say 240sx have the same engine and should fit your car. Just look around though. There is a Turbo kit for it at turbo-kits.com and plenty more on other websites plus a bunch of exterior mods. Welcome to nico BTW.
