1997 Sentra GXE idling/stalling/starting issue

Situation1997 Sentra GXE 1.6 litre enginCar stalled hard at a stop light 10 days ago, acted like it wasn't getting gas. Added gas, no go. left car overnight came back 15 hours later car started sounded very rough. Research suggested the timing chain tensioner, found that 1/2 the plastic had broke off. Replaced car still stalled at stops when warm. No temp warnings never got about 1/3 of the way on temp gauge. Got code read P0400 EGR air flow malfunction, found one hose rotted. replaced had codes cleared. replaced spark plugs, rotor, cap, fuel filter and air filter. drove to store car stalled again once warm and will not restart had to tow home. I can't afford a mechanic. Car does now stall when ac is on (tried that as a test). Any suggestions/help/opinions and preferably solutions. Your help is appreciated.
