Need help....Just replaced the lower line that was leaking ( line from condensor to the compressor) The unit took a charge and seems to be holding pressure. However the clutch on the compressor turns on and off every few minutes and still will not blow cold. What is the next step?

There are a lot of things that could be wrong with it. I would honestly take it to a shop that has a certified AC tech on staff.

I would take it to a shop as well. I took mine to my mechanic and what appeared to be a bad clutch ended turned out to be 20+ hrs of labor(he didn't charge me for all of it), because the entire AC system was a wreck. I wouldn't tackle it yourself, because the system may become a nightmare of issues.
