1997 d21 transfer case

Question - On the transfer case there are 3 relays. I know one is for the speedometer, but what are the other 2 for????. Also the relays have 2 wires on each plug - (with 2 separate plugs on each relay) There are not enough wires leading to the transfer case. My question is are both relays being used, and IF they are how and which wire goes where????? I am thinking one of the relays is for the 4 wheel high indicator which works. the 4 wheel indicator light has never worked. The PO patched the wire on one of the relays, its possible the relay did not work and the wire was removed.
