1996 Sentra transmission wont shift past 2nd

I just bought this car 3 ****ing days ago. It has 165000 KM's and i got it for 1750 Cert and etested, now i know why it waqs such a good deal. It has AT that wont shift past 2nd, it was fine i was on my way to school and i turned a corner and it just wouldnt shift. The fluid is full, anyone know why this would be happening, im pretty dissapointed.

The Throttle position sensor could be malfunctioning or worse case scenario, the transmission needs a rebuild. Might have some flush it, change filter and refill with new fluid.
