1995 Sentra 1.6l Power steering belt replacement

I'm trying to remove power steering belt and I can't find the proper bolts to loosen. I have found and loosened the nut at the top with the adjuster screw attached to it. I found a bolt that take a 14mm wrench for the nut and allen wrench or a torgux bit for the head. I loosened the nut, but nothing moved.Does the bolt need to be screwed out or do I need find something esle to loosen?
