when i stop at a light i can feel the car shake a little bit. it happens about every ten seconds.what could that be. second problem. when i drive my car after a complete stop it sort of jerks back going into first gear. after that the car is smoother although i can still feel my gears change. i already replaced the spark plugs(i put the original ones, did the transmission service, and the oil change.) my car has 81,000 miles . should i do anyting else to it. any other type of service. i would appreciate the help.

When it shakes what are you idleing at? You might just need to adjust the idle and clean the throttle bodies. As far as the transmission "jerking" I would check and make sure you have the proper level of fluid in there. What type of service did you get? Did you just drop the pan and replace or did you have it flushed?

sounds to me like the trans might not be shifting back into first gear at stops. It also might be switching back between 1 and 2.

mine does the same thing sometimes.
