1995 IACV valve how to test

How can I test this IACV ( part # 22660-30p10 valve. Service manual only indicates check the resistance 70-80 ohms. What about the voltage to actually see if its working.

The IACV is basically a mechanical resistor as it goes about it's operation for the engine, and the ECU simply monitors it's progress via resistance registered. It is not powered to do anything except the AAC portion (which cannot be serviced) which will adjust the idle up when the A/C is activated- so no test for voltage, just resistance to be sure what the ECU is reading is what it should be reading.
