1994 Q45 Transmission Cooler Lines

1994 Q45 Transmission Cooler Lines
I took a quick glance at the FSM and did not see where it indicated which line coming from the transmission was the output and which was the input? Any idea which line that the filter is on? I did not see any good diagrams online either.

the single output line (not the "Y") is FROM the trans.
The Y is the return TO the trans.

Or more specifically, the Y lines go to the each transmission cooler, that are on both sides of the radiator. Then, they meet up on the driver's side, behind the radiator. I just put in a aftermarket transmission cooler, so I it's fresh on my mind.
