1994 Infiniti G20 Ignition Timing help needed!!

I have a 94 Infiniti G20 and I want too set the Ignition Timing, I was going to set the Ignition timing with my Timing light,
but I didnt find any numbers, all I found on the Crankshaft pulley was little dots and a little needle that lines up with the dots, I have asked alot of people and no one knows nothing, I need help, does anyone know how too set the Ignition timing with the timing light to the small dots? where should the small needle line up with the dots??
