1993 altima gxe electrical issues+ more

ok, need assistance, while driving my altima last week, the abs light kicked on, at the same time the auto(yuck)transmission kicked out of overdrive, now wont go back in to overdrive. at about the same time, the power windows and seatbelts also stopped functioning. car is also real sluggish when you take off from a dead stop.all fuses are good, relays test out fine, wireing harnesss is good,reset the ecm as suggested elsewhere, pulled and cleaned all grounds(that i could locate). any thoughts, or ideas?car is in mint condition (other then these issues), but the salvage yard is beginning to sound like an option(dont want to, kinda like it )

no, dont want to dump a ton of money into it if the problems are gonna be really deep....one of the many nissan dealerships said that it could be the ecm(then proceded to quote me $900 to replace) so like i said dont want to dump a ton into it

problem fixed, in the fuse box under the dash, the bottom left fuse marked "electronic parts" is the abs, tcm,windows, and seat belts! which by the way is something that 15 different Nissan dealerships said weren't tied together in any way shape or form.......so, after 4 hours of diagnostics it ended up being a fuse that was corroded, basically a 2 second fix. so now all is well again!!!!!!!!!!!
