1991 G20 dash board light, safety belt light, and window motor.

My 1991 G20 has been acting oddly for a year also. First the dashboard light may go off and I have to press/rotate the intensity adjustment wheel to get it back or sometime it will come back on by itself. Now the seatbelt light will come on and off by itself even though I have seatbelt secured. At times, the window motor refuses to work once I have it down then I can not get it back up. I can open and close (slam shut) the door and get it to work, sometime. Can someone here shares insight about this problem? Thanks!
