1991 Fuel Filler Tube replacement DIY?

Hey guys

Looking for any tips on replacing the fuel filler tube on my '91 300zx coupe (non 2+2).

The tube's rusted/rotted out pretty bad and is leaking fuel when I fill. There's also moisture in the tank. Hoping someone has some experience in replacing this part.

I've picked up a new one and am going to work on it this weekend.
