1991 d21 4x4

Hi recently joined on behalf of my brother, who has a 1991 d21 4x4 2.5 diesel. The truck has been very neglected and he hadn't bothered checking the fluids since he bought it 3-4 months ago. I checked the fluids last month and oil is jet black and bellow the minimum line and the coolant is full of sludgy rust. Kept telling him to put some oil in, but he just can't be arsed lol. The car didn't come with service history or a hand book so was wondering if anyone knew what capacities the fluids are and the best places to get a thermistor and oil filter from?
