So i have a 1991 300zx that burns 1 quart of oil a week, i need some suggestions on how to fix it?? I was thinking of tearing the top end off and just replace the seals and gaskets one by one...

Does anyone have a better idea on how to identify were the oil is burning and how to fix it???

Other than a complete rebuild, if your are actually burning it and not just leaking it, have you tried thicker oil to slow it down? Not normally recommended because it doesn't solve the issue.

Can you see smoke coming out the exhaust? Is it in acceleration or deceleration? Does it do it all the time?

Its in acceleration and if i make long trips it burns faster and it does come out the exaust but eventually stops
