1991 240SX: Windshield Washers

My rear washer sprayer sprays but my front doesn't, the rear hatch panel has been replaced with one that has no wiper i need to disable the rear sprayer and fix the front sprayers. is there a way to get to the sprayer motors without taking the fender off?

You should be able to access all of it by removing the fender liner. If the motor for the front is bad just reroute the tube for the rear in place of the old front. Overall the system is pretty basic, exactly whats in the picture plus a switch and some wires.
