So im having trouble with my 300zx i bought it off a guy about 5 months ago and i have gotten it to start a couple times like 3 or 4 i before i bought a new battery it would have trouble starting it started like once or twice but it would take me a while to get it to turn on then i bought a new battery and the first day i got it i went to put it in and it started right up but the battery drained really fast it drained in 1 -3 days but the car didnt start anymore i had someone look at it and they said it was getting spark the problem im having is when i went to go press on the gas to rev it it reved really slowly, so i decided to just tear it all apart i got a new alternator 170 amp, a new efi harness, a new battery harness, a new alternator belt, a new fuel filter, fuel hoses, and now this is my big problem the marking on the lower crankshaft pulley for the timing belt broke off and its really hard to tell where the marking was on the plate on the bottom i just need to know how many teeth it is from a grinding to where the mark is thank you

Welcome!
First off, this is very difficult to read due to the run-on sentence structure- punctuation makes a TON of difference when trying to communicate problems to others.
Another problem is that the Z32 responds very poorly to throwing parts at it in an attempt to fix a particular problem, you are best off with testing carefully from the free online service manual or advise here and dealing with specific issues one at a time, testing for each change to ensure success before moving on to other potential issues or upgrades. Failure to do so makes for confusion and a lack of ability to troubleshoot accurately.
You MAY have lucked on to a part of your problem replacing the alt, which is a common problem due to the ps pump located above it leaking fluid onto it from a bad line or fitting. Be sure to check that and repair if necessary.
Not sure how you got to the other stuff you mentioned, all great maintenance stuff to do but best done AFTER you get her running solidly. Do the alt and harness and battery harness, check all of the engine/chassis grounds (a fairly common problem) and make sure that all is working correctly before moving to other work.
As for your question regarding a "broken off mark" and lower pulley and timing belt, it makes NO sense to me whatsoever so maybe someone else can decipher what you mean, or you can try to come up with a better more technical description...sorry
