The two photos above show the Pathfinder set when I had them installed on mine.If I have any attaching hardware I'll send with it I'm not sure how much to charge for shipping to GA.But I'm guessing it will be between $30-$40 via UPS.The box will be light but a bit large. You can send a USPS money order or may via PayPal to '[email protected]'.

I hard wired the ashtray and lighter illumination as well as the glove box lamp.I also hard wired the intermintent wipers.I'm placing the wiper module inside instead of the factory location underhood.

Colder weather is here and I don't have a heated garage.I need to verify the fuse block terminals now that I'm adding optional equipment. Here's a bare fuse block.

Been working on the power hook ups for the PW, PL, PM and ect...I drew the internal routings of the fuse block. It has many always hot and key on power routings. And the back has taps to add more circuits via wiring. One for always hot and one for key on.The upper fuses will be key on only and I'll be adding the PW there. The lower fuses will be always hot and I'll be adding the PL and remote entry there.I also removed the padded section of the dash from the plastic section. You may not believe all the dirt that was sandwiched between them.

Got to thank you for doing all your postings. I was inspired to redo my interior and exterior. Won't go as far as running new electric but I covered much of your ground on my 90 D21 std 4wd and I am newly again happy with my truck. I have photos on my thread concerning compatibility of the 90 D21. Anyway, I am looking for a gauge cluster with the tach, like the one you went to. Do you have an extra you want to sell? Not a lot of nissan hardbody pick ups in the (Upull) yards in Colorado but I see that New Mexico has a ton down there. Mike

After 6 months.. I'm back on it.
I properly routed all wires and hard wired them to the fuse block.
It took a while to remember where I left off and where to restart.
Pictures to follow tomorrow.

Hi Rev.
How you been?
Got the ac charged.
It's the first time this truck has ever felt cold air inside.
At least during the summer.
The dash should be done tomorrow.

I've been good. Glad to see you are still on this thing. There is much to be learned from this thread. How well do Pathy running boards line up on single cab frames? I've been meaning to ask you that for a while now.

The Smitty running boards on mine are for a single cab.
I had to stop on this.
I'm prepping my 68 Cougar for Carlisle Ford.
And I had a dash to replace on a 1989 SHO.
What fun.

Got 1/2 a days work on it today.
Have to mount the 3 relays for the PW, PL and intemintent wipers.
It's nice to have all the wires tucked away.
Image
I made my own fuse chart.
I never knew the fuses had this white cover. I've never seen another with it.

Can anyone ID where these two brackets go?

Here's a photo showing placement of the 3 modules I added.
Variable wiper - Power lock - Power window.
It took longer than expected but works well.

I was lucky to have found a nice center vent assembly.

After dissasembly and a cleaning I dyed it.

The pathy will fit the HB but you will need to transplant the headlight buckets, grille and parking lamps all at the same time for it to work and look right.

Thanks randomzero.
A friend has a 1990 just like mine.
Same color, cab, bed, engine, trans but this one is 4x4.
It doesn't run and he doesn't know why.
So I plan to use his as a base and swap all my stuff into / onto it.
Mine needs a head gasket and bearings.
So nows a good time to break her down... again.
So, onto redo transformation #2 !
I'm selling my 97 Dakota 4x4 and would like another 4wd.

If these are still fer sale in bold/underlined: Does the rear carpet have the speaker holes cut out? Is that the complete center console or just the lid?

Hey man, just started looking for hardbody pickups for a possible daily.
I live in harrisburg, I'd like to see your truck(S) sometime if you're in hershey haha.

Great thread, lots of info in here for me. I've built a lot of 240's. Now I'm branching out for a bit more ground clearance and a different ballgame!

About the seats, how do you know what fits? It's very uncommon for 240's to have any other seats fit. Are trucks easier or are you a good fabricator?

Hey Didderson.
Let me know when you'd like to see it.
I'm availablejust about any time.
I go by shared platforms for seat selection.
Then go to the salvage yard to see what's around.
I wouldn't say I'm agood fabricator, I just like to modify.

I made a jumper wire for the AC compressor.
My 90 Hardbody has a large female plug connector for the compressor.
However the compressor I'm using came from a 94-95.
It has a small male plug connector on the compressor.
Rather than cut and modify, I made an adaptor that can be used with the 94-95 style.
If I install an earlier style compressor, I'll remove the jumper and plug directly into my harness.
