That probably is a shielded wire bundle and should be replaced.Or maybe someone in the know can repair it.

The corner lamp will fit but may not match up to your grill.

Oh, and your package went out on Tue.Thanks again.

Hey man I really hate to do this but do you think you can wait till Oct for payment on the seats I had to replace 2 tires a muffler and now blowing 89 bucks on marker lamps...

This is not a good time for my bills right now.. if you can't wait because you have another person interested in them by all means sell them I don't wanna have you lose money over me

Wed I finished underhood by adding the compressor. It sits under the distributor.I had to remove the cap in order to install the compressor.I tried from under but it wouldn't go in that way either. Then I removed the dash. This is the section that gets replaced when adding AC.Thu I removed the climate ductwork. This debris is typical after 20 years. It was thru out all the ducting as well.I plan to add a filter at the fresh air intake to solve this problem.

Fri I cleaned all the ductwork and started to reseal it.This is an example of the thin, sponge-like seals used. They are sticky and deteriorate over time.I replaced this type with adhesive backed felt. This is an example of the thicker foam-like seals used. They deteriorate over time as well.I replaced this type with adhesive backed foam.

Lol I might grab mine form auto zone or O'Rileys my dash is barely visible when I drive at night Oh and the white cluster is way better than that horrid orange cluster.

The white one has a nice blueish color to it which makes it better on my glasses and cuts down on the glare Would you like the old printed circuit board?

Let me know.I'll be glad to send what you need.

I was getting a wet carpet on the passenger side.I resealed around the windsheild but that didn't help.I resealed around the fresh air intake but that didn't help.It was leaking from the plastic cover that's above the fresh air intake. It was warped and the water clung to the underside then dripped straight down into the fresh air intake.I solved this problem by making another cover from tinted poly.Old.New.And I've been painting the dash supports. They come unpainted from the factory.

And I thought I was the only one who was ever nutty enough to do this! My old HB had a water issue too, and those supports were mighty rusty. I treated them with Loctite Extend (rust neutralizer) and then sprayed them with flat black paint.

What a great idea and lots of work of course. I have a 1990 Nissan PU 4 wheel drive. I have had it for 15 yrs and now has 178,000 miles. I have been thinking of dumping it at some point but it hasn't given me a reason to do it yet. My interior and exterior need some work. Love the bucket seats. I am inspired. Runs great. Have never changed the timing chain.

I have a 95 Hardbody with a destroyed front clip. Will the pathfinder front clip with inner fender or without work on this truck? I have found a 94 pathfinder I can get the clip form cheap. The front of my inner fender is pretty torn up but I just may be able to beat it out enough if I have to. Also we may be gifted a diffrent pathfinder of unknown year to get the front clip from as well.

Yep my problem area is going to be the front behind the headlight. We will try some banging it out first. Here are some shots with the skin off.

Yeah, the Pathfinder body parts will fit.The dash is going back in now, slowly.I finally removed the pedals to paint.Proper wire harness routing followed by the climate plenums, 3 sections. All with new seals in and out. What a difference.
