well i had the post in the general chat forum but it was deleted? anyway i need to know the best spark plugs for the 300zx, ive read that ngk platinums were the best, i also need some help with which parts i would need to fix this problem when i stop at a red light, at idle, the engine stops. also when i turn the engine on, it doesnt start right away, it needs me to press on the gas in order for it to start. and this car hasnt been maintained or service in a while so i would need to know the processes required to change oil, oil filter, differential fluid, brake fluid, coolant? and anything else to make the engine run smooth. please help me

First question was about the stall and hard restart/pedal action- that is most like the fuel pressure dampener, fuel pressure sensor, or maybe even just a plugged fuel filter in order of probability. You mention a lack of maintenance, which is not good and will mean a lot of other things can be ready to cause issues. At this point your fuel delivery system needs maintenance at the least, and maybe even your injector connectors cleaned and/or injector(s) replaced...time to start checking all of that out.
Next you mention a screeching sound that goes away, that most likely is the power steering belt being loose/worn and needing replacement.
Doing this work can be helped by the online service manual found in the sticky on the main Z32 page, and other DIY help on other Z32 sites.

It sounds like you may not be a do it yourself guy or at least a mechanically oriented, so if not then for best results you will need to find a good Z32 mechanic who understands these cars and how to work on them to get the best service and least downtime, or avoid outright bad service from mechanics who will take on the job but not understand the car and overcharge you for things you don't need, and for extra time doing things a qualified Z32 mechanic will do correctly and in the correct time frame (cost).
Hope this helps!
